It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor declares that the blackout exercise intimated in Government Notification 834 publishe 1 in the Gazette of 11th July, 1941, is terminated and that accordingly the Blackout Order, 1940, and the order relating to the closing of the harbour, published as Government Notification 835 of 11th July, 1941, are no longer in force.
