ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939. (COMPULSORY SERVICE).

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit THOMAS MACQUHAE LOVE to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 8th July, 1941.

No. 839.-It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Monday, the 21st day of July, 1941, at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
