ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTHI
[SANITATION]).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (xii) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following amendment to the by-laws under the heading Mosquito Prevention" contained in Schedule A to that Ordinance.

By-law 2 is amended by the addition of the words occupier after the word Owner in line 6 thereof.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (xxiv) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following amendments to the by- laws under the heading "Cemeteries" contained in Schedule A to the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935-
Amendments.
By-laws 19 and 20 are rescinded and the following by- laws are substituted therefor:
19. The following fees shall be charged for each interment or storage in Chinese Cemeteries of bodies or remains :-
Section A.-50 cents.
Section B.-$3.00.
No interment will be permitted in Section A of a coffin measuring at the middle more than 55 inches in circum- ference.
