Order.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the CONTROLLER OF FOOD, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following order-
1. No person shall sell, or enter into any agreement for sale, or transfer, remove from his possession or otherwise dispose of, any fish named in the schedule to this order except to a person or firm who buys on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong; and no person or firm shall buy, or take into his or its possession, or otherwise acquire possession or control of, any such fish except on behalf of the Govern- ment of Hong Kong.
2. In any criminal proceedings for a breach of this order the burden of proof that a person or firm buys or acquires the possession or control of any fish shall lie upon the person accused.
