In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following order--

The order made by the Director of Supply and published in the Gazette of 21st March, 1941, as Government Noti- fication 337, as amended by Government Notification 526 published in the Gazette of 2nd May, 1941, is hereby further amended-

(a) by the addition to the First Schedule thereto of the following-

Steel scrap.

Any quantity of 1 ton or more. (b) by the addition to the Second Schedule thereto of the following-

Steel scrap.

Weight in tons.
