It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 6A (2) (a) of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, this day approved of the setting apart as a permanent cemetery for Chinese who shall have been permanently resident in this Colony of a piece of land at Tsun Wan in the New Territories of Hong Kong known as Lot No. 262 Demarcation District No. 446 in the position shown on a plan which is deposited and may be seen in the office of the District Officer South.
