That the amendments made by the Urban Council under section 4 (XVI) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, on the 25th day of March, 1941, to the by-laws under the heading "Conservancy tained in Schedule A to that Ordinance, to take effect on 1st May, 1941, be approved.
