ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935.
(PUBLIC HEALTH
[SANITATION]).
It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 73 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorized as a place to be used as a Chinese cemetery and to be an extension to the New Kowloon No. 7 cemetery, that piece of land containing about 16 acres situate to the east of the said cemetery and having Anderson Road as its western boundary, as the same is shown on the plan thereof deposited in and which may be seen at the office of the Public Works Department.
