APPOINTMENTS, &c.
No. 504. His Majesty the KING having been pleased to approve the appointment of Mr. PAUL EWART FRANCIS CRESSALL, ML.C., to be Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of this Colony in succession to the late Mr. ROGER EDWARD LINDSELL, His Excellency the Governor has, under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies been pleased to appoint the said Mr. PAUL EWART FRANCIS CRESSALL, M.C., to be Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong such appointment to take effect from the 25th day of April, 194'.

No. 505. It is hereby notified that Mr. ERNEST HILLAS WILLIAMS resumed duty as Crown Counsel on 25th April, 1941.

No. 506.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ERNEST HILLAS WILLIAMS to be a temporary additional Judge of the Supreme Court, with effect from and including the 25th day of April, 1941, until further notice.

No. 507.-Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ARCHIBALD HENRY EISTON to act as Assistant Superintendent of Police as from the 1st May, 1941, until further notice.
