2. In form No. 6A in the appendix to the said regulations the word and figures "Fee $120" are deleted.

3. Form No. 6B in the appendix to the said regulations is deleted.

4. Regulation 1 in Part VII of the said regulations is deleted and the following is substituted therefor:

"1. The form of a public dance hall licence shall be that in Form No. 6A in the Appendix to these Regulations.”

ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1873. (DANGEROUS GOODS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, the Governor in Council amends the regulations to the said Ordinance published as Government Notification No. 236 in the Gazette of the Ist March, 1940, as follows:-

Amendment.

1. Regulation 172 is rescinded.

2. Regulation 157 is rescinded and the following is sub- stituted therefor:

157. The master of a lighter or junk shall not cause or permit any fire or artificial light or matches or other means of ignition to be used upon such lighter or junk, or smoke or permit smoking to take place on board at any time during which petroleum having a flash point below 150 degrees Fahrenheit is being leaded, discharged or carried.

3. Regulation 192 is rescinded and the following is sub- stituted therefor :-

192. Any stove or fire on any lighter or junk shall be adequately enclosed by fire resisting partitions and, if a flue is fitted, it must be provided with a spark arrestor.
