No. 468.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. FRANK BUCKLE, M.I.Marine E., to act as Principal, Trade and Technical Schools, and Mr. CHARLES GERALD TRESIDDER, A.Man.C.T., to act as Chief Instructor, Trade School, with effect from 24th April. 1941, and until further notice.

No. 469.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make, under regula- tion 9 of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, the following appointment in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force :-
