It is hereby notified that Eric Thomas Harris has been re-assigned from the Combatant Group to the General Group for Essential Services in the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, under the provisions of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939.

ORDINANCE No. 35 of 1935. (DANGEROUS DRUGS).

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 20 of the regulations made under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935, and published as Government Notification No: 971 in the Gazette of the 13th December, 1935, the Superintendent of Imports and Exports hereby exempts from the operation of the said regulations, but subject to observance of the conditions contained in that behalf in Government Notification No. 18 in the Gazette of the 6th January 1939, the following institutions, viz:-

Tai Wo Yuen Hospital

St. Theresa Hospital.
