His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit CHRISTOPHER THOMPSON TOD to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 2nd April, 1941.
