Hong Kong,
In exercise of the powers conferred by the enactments shown in the first column of the schedule hereto annexed, His Excellency the Governor in Council amends the regulations made under the said enactments in the manner shown in the second column of the schedule.
The said amendments shall be incorporated and printed. in the edition of the Regulations of Hong Kong prepared under the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, No. 51 of 1936, and if not already in force by virtue of some other enactment shall come into force on the date on which approval of the Third Volume of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) is notified by pro- clamation under section 9 of Ordinance No. 51 of 1936.

1st September, 1922, as Government Noti- fication 57 and subsequently amended are further amended by the addition of the following regulation at the end thereof—
6. If the Commissioner of Police is satisfied that a game licence has been lost or destroyed or accidentally defaced, he may issue a duplicate thereof on payment of a fee of $5.00.
Ordinance No. 7 of The regulations published in the Gazette of 26th
1926, section 3.
August, 1938, as Government Notification 656, and amended by Government Noti- fications 147 of 24th February, 1939, 746 and 748 of 5th July, 1940, and 1360 of 20th December, 1940, are substituted for all the regulations heretofore made under Ordin- ance No. 7 of 1926.
Ordinance No. 24 of The regulations published in the Gazette of 30th

December, 1927, as Government Notifica- tion 767 are added to the regulations made under Ordinance No. 27 of 1914, section 9 (1), and are renumbered 7, 8 and 9.
Ordinance No. 28 of The rates of entertainments duty published in
1930, section 3 (1).
the Gazette of 7th March, 1941, as Govern- ment Notification 267 are substituted for the rates formerly appearing in the First Schedule to Ordinance No. 28 of 1930.
