1. The Council met pursuant to adjournment. The Honourable the Colonial

Secretary occupied the Chair.

ANNOUNCEMENT.

2. The Honourable the Colonial Secretary announced that, in accordance with Article XXI of the Royal Instructions, he had been appointed to preside at the meeting.

MINUTES.

3. The Minutes of the Meeting held on the 20th February, 1941, were confirmed.

OATH.

4. The Honourable the Financial Secretary, (Mr. RONALD RUSKIN TODD, Acting), took the Oath of Allegiance and assumed his seat as a Member of the Council.
