No. 298.

Hong Kong.

ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1915. (IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council makes the following regulation:-

No person shall, except under an export permit granted by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, export from the Colony any empty bottles or empty carboys.

A bottle or carboy which has been emptied of its original commercial contents and refilled or partly refilled with material or liquid of no commercial value shall be deemed to be empty for the purpose of the above regulation.
