No. 274.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been. pleased to make, under regulation 9 of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, the following appointment in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force :-

To be Acting Sub-Lieutenant.

DUNCAN MILLER MUNRO, Esquire, with effect from 9th February, 1941.

5th March, 1941.

No. 275.-With reference to G. N. No. 35 of 10th January, 1941, it is hereby notified that Mr. KAN LU DUN has relinquished his duties as a Chinese Assistant Immigra- tion Officer, with effect from 23rd February, 1941.

7th March, 1941.

No. 276.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to make, under section 3 of the Immigration Control Ordinance, 1940, the following appointments in the Immigration Department :-

To be Chinese Assistant Immigration Officers :--

JAMES ROBERT POYE, with effect from the 14th day of January, 1941.

IU TAK-SHUN, with effect from the 16th day of February, 1941.

HARRY LEE CHIN, with effect from the 1st day of March, 1941.

GEORGE YIN-SING LEE, with effect from the 1st day of March, 1941.
