ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939. (COMPULSORY SERVICE).
His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Com- pulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit ROBERT SYMONS to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 25th February, 1941.

ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1914. (TRADING WITH THE ENEMY).
The Trading with the Enemy (Specified Territories) (No. 1) Order, 1941.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 (1) (e) of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, as amended by regulation 2 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, Amendment Regulations, 1940, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, with the prior approval of the Secretary of State, hereby orders as follows:-
1. The provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Ordin- ance, 1914, shall apply in relation to Roumania as they apply in relation to enemy territory.
2. This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Specified Territories) (No. 1) Order, 1941.
