5. Medical fees are payable on the first school day of September, or in the case of new pupils on the day they enter the school.
Government Internal Free Scholars are exempt from medical fees.
6. The name of any pupil whose fees remain unpaid at the end of any month shall be deleted from the school register. Should such a pupil, or any other pupil who leaves a school, be afterwards re-admitted, the re-admission shall date from the time of leaving and all arrears of fees shall be paid.
7. Pupils at the schools specified in paragraph 3 above, who are absent for a com- plete half-term on the grounds of sickness for which they produce an acceptable medical certificate, or on account of absence from the Colony on long leave, may at the discretion of the Director of Education be granted remission of fees for the half-term concerned.
8. Pupils at schools other than those specified in paragraph 3 above who are absent for a complete calendar month on the grounds of sickness for which they produce an acceptable medical certificate may at the discretion of the Director of Education be granted remission of fees for the month concerned.
