No. 194.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. HENRY CHARLES MACNAMARA to be a Magistrate, with effect from 15th February, 1941.

No. 195. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. DONALD JAMES NEVILLE ANDERSON to be a Magistrate, with effect from 15th February, 1941.

No. 196. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. ERIC HIMSWORTH to be Deputy Immigration Officer, with effect from 17th February, 1941.

No. 197.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to second Major REGINALD DAVID WALKER, M.C., Manager and Chief Engineer, Kowloon-Canton Railway, to act as Manager, War Supplies Board, with effect from 1st February, 1941.

No. 198.-His Majesty the KING has been pleased to confirm the provisional appointment of the Honourable Mr. STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council during the absence from the Colony of Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, Kt., K.C., LL.D., with effect from the 21st September, 1940.

To be Controller of Food-Mr. DAVID LOCKE NEWBIGGING.
To be Deputy Controller of Food-Mr. GEORGE STACY KENNEDY-SKIPTON.
All such previous appointments are hereby revoked.
