His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Com- pulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit JOSEPH PRENTICE to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 4th February, 1941.
