No. 68. His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Honourable Mr. LEO D'ALMADA E CASTRO, Junior, to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council for a further period of four years, with effect from 17th January, 1941.

(F) to be a Member of the Medical Committee, Tung Wah Hospitals, vice the Honourable Mr. Lo MAN-KAM (X), with effect from 15th January, 1941.
