ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1940.

(IMMIGRATION

CONTROL).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Immigration Control Ordinance, 1940, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government is pleased to appoint, with effect from the coming into force of the said Ordinance, the following places as the only authorized entry points across the northern frontier of the Colony between Sha-tau-kok and the estuary of the Sham Chun River inclusive. The frontier points at or nearest to :--

(i) Sha-tau-kok Blockhouse;

(ii) Lin Tong Pass;

(iii) Man Kam To Bridge;

(iv) Lo Wu Bridge;

(v) Lok Ma Chau Ferry Crossing.
