Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that G. MARTINI of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, has on the 3rd day of December, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing Trade Mark :-

The Trade Mark consists of the represen- tation of a globe with a lion on the right hand side and an elephant on the left hand side, the figure of Mer- cury is depicted sitting on the globe which is resting on a representation of the Italian coat of arms, with a palm tree and grass in the back- ground,

in the name of G. MARTINI who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cant since the year 1912 in respect of the fol- lowing goods :---

Hats of all kinds, caps and bonnets, in

Class 38.
