Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Members of The GRIENTAL ICE Co., LTD., duly convened and held at No. 4, Yuen Ming Yuen Road, Shanghai, on the 18th day of October, 1912, the following Special Resolution was duly passed, and at a subse- quent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said company also duly con- vened and held at the same place on the 1st day of November. 1912. the following Special Resolution was duly confirmed :--
"That the Company be wound up volun- "tarily and that CLEMENT SELBY MOORE and WILLIAM MCMURRAY "two of the present Directors of the Company be hereby appointed "Liquidators for the purposes of such "winding-up and that the said Li- 'quidators be and they are hereby "authorised to sell all the under- *taking property and assets of the

the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before the 31st day of December 1912 being the day for that purpose fixed by the under- signed, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to CLEMENT SELBY MOORE, one of the undersigned Liquidators of the said Company. care of Messrs. ANDERSON, MEYER & Co. of No. 4, Yuen Ming Yuen Road, Shanghai, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are by their Solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
