The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since the 5th day of January, 1909, in respect of the following goods :---
Clocks, Watches. and other horological
instruments, in Class 10.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong.

12th day of October, 1912, commenced against NOTICE is he given that the Petition, an Extraordinary General Meeting of
you and that the Plaintiff by his Writ of Sum- mons claims the sum of $10,000 for money lent by the 'laintiff to the Defendant and secured by a Mortgage dated the 18th day of January, 1907, and Registered in the Land Office by Memorial No. 40885 whereby the Defendant deposited with the Plaintiff the Title Deeds relating to Kowloon Inland Lots Nos. 274 and 275 and the Equity of Redemption of the Re- maining Portion of Kowloon Inland Lot No.570 by way of security for the repayment of the said sum of $10,000 and all interest and other monies due thereon but subject as regards the last mentioned premises to a prior Mortgage dated 28th day of February, 1902, and made between Dunjeebhoy Sorabjee Dady Burjor of the one part and Johann Gerhard Heinrich Carl Gerlach of the other part and to the principal sum of $24,000 and interest thereby secured.
The Plaintiff also claims the sum of $900 for interest due from the Defendant on the said principal sum of $10,000 at the rate of $10 per mil per Chinese month for 9 months from the 5th day 12th moon last Chinese year to the 4th day of the 9th moon this Chinese year (23rd January to 14th October, 1912).
And take notice that the Court have by an Order dated the 17th day of October, 1912, authorised service of the Writ of Summons on you by insertion of this Notice once in the Hongkong Government Gazette twice in a Chinese newspaper published in this Colony twice in a Chinese newspaper published in Canton and by Notice put up at the Courts of Justice.
And take further notice that your are re- quired within eight days after the insertion of this advertisement inclusive of the date of such advertisement to cause an appear- ance to be entered for you at the Registry of the Supreme Court Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong and that in default of your so doing the Plaintiff may proceed with this action and Judgment may be given against you in your absence.

OTICE is hereby given that in compliance with section 179 of the Companies Or- dinances 1865, a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Messrs.
