NOTICES TO MARINERS.
Notifications of the Kwangtung Government General Marine Office on the
subject of Quarantine.
THE examination of feces and the disinfection of fruit and vegetables at present enforced in the case of ships entering Dairen and Port Arthur either direct from Hongkong, Amoy, Swatow, and Shanghai, or after calling at these ports, will be discontinued from the 15th of October.
The arrangements in force, in the case of ships entering this port from Shanghai, Amoy, and Hongkong, for the extermination of rats or for preventing their getting ashore are discontinued from this date.

NOTICE is hereby given that, Hommoku Lighted Buoy at the entrance to Yokohama Harbour, which shifted from its moorings (see Notification No. 115 of Department of Com- munications, September 1912), has been remoored in its due position.
