Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
"OTICE is hereby given that JAN GEORGE CHANCE of No. 15c Wellington Street, Vic- toria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant, has on the 13th day of August, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :--
Anger
in the name of JAN GEORGE CHANCE who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in respect of Machinery,
in Class 6, but it is his intention so to use it forthwith.

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. S. W. WOLFE, Attorney for G. T. FULFORD COMPANY LIMITED, and Manager of The DR. WILLIAMS' MEDICINE COMPANY'S Far East- ern branches, bas on the 1st day of August 1912 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing Trade Mark :—
The Trade Mark consists of the word PINKETTES, printed in white on a
red panel, immediately above which in red are the Chinese characters
九導清色紅十廉韋,
and under which, also in red, are the words "Tiny Laxative Pills, Sugar Coated. Entirely vegetable", fol- lowed by a list of ailments for which the medicine is recommended and the words The Dr. Williams' Medicine Co., London, Singapore, Shanghai, etc.",
in the name of G. T. FULFORD COMPANY LIMITED, a Company registered under the Laws of Canada, of 59 Yonge Street, Toronto, Canada, medicine vendors, trading as The DR. WILLIAMS' MEDICINE COMPANY, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of :-
Chemical Substances prepared for use in
Medicine and Pharmacy.
