The Trade Mark consists of a rectan- gular label containing in the middle a representation of the head of, a female with a head-dress consisting of the figure of a bird suggestive of Cleopatra, the figure being enclosed within a circular outline with pro- jections at the top and sides. At the bottom of the circular outline is a bow with devices resembling ears of corn projecting thereform. On the left hand side of this figure is a repre- sentation of the Egyptian Sphinx and pyramids underneath which are the Arabic characters representing 'Office of Nicolas Soussa Brothers in Cairo Esbekieh in front of Hotel Schaefer'. On the right hand side. of this figure is the representation of Egyptian or Turkish Citadel intro- ducing a Monument and domed buildings. Above the central figure and occupying the space at the top of the label is an Egyptian device re- sembling a bird with wings outstret ebed followed by the name‘Soussa'. underneath which is the word 'Cigarettes. To the left of this de. vice is a monogram consisting of the letters N & S intertwined and on the right are the words and figures

The Trade Mark consists of a label in the middle of which are the the distinc- tive words "all Mall" in large type, below which are the words "Famous cigarettes". In the top left band corner is a representation of an Eagle holding in one claw a represe tation of a twig and in the other a represen- tation of three spears and above the Eagle are star like devices. In the bottom right hand corner are the letters B B with a star above and below and a crescent to the left, the letters, stars and crescent being en- closed in two circles which are sur- rounded by a border with a serrated edge.
