No. S. 317.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under :-

On Thursday, the 3rd October :—

From the West of Hongkong, in a North-Westerly direction, between the

hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

If the range is clear practice will be completed by 2 p.m.

If the weather is unfavourable for practice on the above date, practice will take place on the day following between the same hours.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

No. S. 318.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to Steam-Launch H. D. 1'", will be received at the Colonial secre- tary's Office until Noou of Friday, the 4th October, 1912.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any. tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

No. S. 319.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders. which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to Steam-Launch 'S. D. Il'", will be received at the Colonial Secre- tary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 4th October, 1912.
