No. S. 311.-It is hereby notifie that sealed tenders will be received at this Office until Noon on Monday, the 30th September, 1912, for the letting of Crown Land opposite the Central Market, for 2 years from 1st November, 1912, subject to the conditions speci- fied below.
Each tender must bear on the cover the words "Tender for Lease of Crown Land opposite the Central Market" and must be accompanied by a receipt to the effect that the tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum of $500 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if the tenderer refuses to carry out his tender and comply with the conditions hereinafter contained, should the tender be accepted.
