OTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Pro- bates Ordinance 1897 made an Order limiting the time for sending in claims against the above Estate to the 6th day of Jun, 1912.
All Creditors and others having any claims against the Estate are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the unders signed before that date.

TAKE NOTICE that this Action was on the 29th day of March, 1912. commenced against you and that the Plaintiffs by their Writ of Summons claim the sum of $45,915 balance due for money lent by the Plain- tiffs to the Defendants and in the alternative for $45,915 balance due from the Defendants to the Paintiffs on 2 Promissory Notes for $10,000 and §.0,000 both date the 25th dy, 12th moon, Sun Tung 2nd year (24th January. 1911) and ou 4 Promissory Notes for $10.000. $10,000, $10.000, and $5,000 all dated the 26th day, 12th moon, Sun Tung 2nd year (26th January, 1911), payable to the Plaintiffs and given by the Defendants to the Plaintiffs as security for the said money lent which notes upon being presented for payment were dishonoured.

The Plaintiffs
claim the sum of $4,098.93 balance due for interest at the rate of $7.50 per $1,000 per Chinese month as agreed upon between the Plaintiffs and De- fendants.
The Plaintiffs also claim the sums of $504.78 and $359.28 making together the sum of $864.06 for money paid at the request and for
the use of the Defendants.
And take notice that the Court has by an Order dated the 27th day of April. 1912, authorised service of the said Writ of Sum- mons on you by the insertion of this Notice once in the longlong Government · Gazette and twice in a Chiese Paper circulating in this Colony and by norice put up at the Courts of Justice.
And further take notice that you are re- quired within 8 days after the insertion of this advertisement inclusive of the date of such advertisement to cause an Appearance to be entered for you at the Registry of the Supreme Court, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, and that in default of your se doing the Plaintiffs may proceed with this Action and Judgment may be given against you in your absence.
