NAKE NOTICE that a Citation has issued citing you to cause an appearance to be entered for you in the Registry of the Supreme Court of Hongkong within one month after the publication hereof and accept or refuse letters of administration of the estate of TSE LIN late of Victoria in the Colony of Hong- kong. Building Contractor, deceased, or show cause why the same should not be granted to TSE FONG SHI as a Creditor, or to the Official Administrator, or such other person as the Court may see fit to appoint, with an intima. tion that in default of your appearance letters of administration will be granted to the said TSE FONG SHI or to the Official Administra- tor or such cther person as the Court may see fit to appoint.

has by virtue of Section 58 of the Pro- bate Ordinance 1897 made an Order limiting the time for sending in claims against the above Estate to the 31st day of May, 1912.

All Creditors are accordingly hereby re- quired to send in their claims to the under- signed on or before that date.
