OTICE is hereby given that LINCOLN, BENNETT & CO., LIMITED, of 1, 2, and 3. Sackville Street, Piccadilly, London, England; Manufacturers of Hats, Caps, and Helmets, have on the 3rd day of February, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing Trade Mark :---

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants and their predecessors in business in respect of Hats, Caps, Helmets, and other Head Coverings, since the year 1863, down to present time (except that the word "London" was added to the mark in or about the year 1890) and the mark is registered in the United Kingdom as an "id" mark used prior to the 13th August, 1875, in Class 38.

NOTICE is hereby given that the KWONG
SAN KNITTING COMPANY of No. 141 Portland Street, Yaumati in the Colony of Hongkong, have by their application dated 19th October 1910 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the Trade Mark of which the following is a detailed description:
A ball whereon are the Chinese charae- ters suspended between two crossed flag-staves over a segment of the earth whereon are the Chinese characters each staff carries a flag, one having theroom the Chinese characters and the other a quadruped, somewhat resembling a dog. with two tails; between the flags aure the Chinese characters EW: above and below
the flage and bell is a border rom- posed of two straight lines and flour- ishes, and on either side is a panel, somewhit resembling L Chinese hanging signboard, one of which bears the Chinese characters

in the name of the said KWONG SAN KNIT- TING COMPANY, who claim to be the pro- prietors thereof,
The sail Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of the following gands -
Singlets, Undervests and Socks, in Class 38. A representation of the Trade Mark is deposited for inspection at the Office of the Registrar of Trade slarks, Hongkong.
