SMITH and JOHN HENNESSEY SETH both of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Contributories of the above named Company on the 8th day of January, 1912, preferred unto the Court and upon hearing Counsel for the petitioners and upon reading the said petition an affidavit of HORACE PERCY SMITH filed the 8th day of January, 1912, verifying the said petition affidavits of CHARLES EDWARD HARTNELL BEAVIS filed respect- ively the 30th day of January, 1912, and the 1st day of February, 1912, the Hongkong Goe- ernment Gazette of the 19th day of January, 1912, and the Hongkong Daily Press of the 17th day of January, 1912, cach containing an advertisement of the said petition This Court doth order that the said Paris Toilet Com- pany Limited be wound up by this Court under the provisions of the Companies Or dinance 1911, And it is ordered that JOHN HENNESSEY SETH one of the above named petitioners be constituted Provisional Liquida- tor of the affairs of the said Company And it is ordered that the costs of the petitioners and of the said Company and of the said Provisional Liquidator be paid out of the assets of the said Company.

OTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Pro- bates Ordinance, 1897, made an order limiting the time for sending in claims against the above Estate to the 6th day of March, 1912.
All Creditors and others having any claims against the Estate are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the under- sigued before that date.
