Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.

At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtor

shall be adjudged Bankrupt.

BY an Order of the Supreme Court dated

the 24th day of January, 1912, upon the Petition of the CHEUNG ON STEAMBOAT COMPANY, LIMITED. It was Ordered:

(1.) That the CHEUNG ON STEAMBOAT COMPANY, LIMITED, be wound up by the Court under the Provisions of Ordinance No. 58 of 1911.

(2.) That ERNEST ALFRED MOUNTFORD

WILLIAMS of the firm of Messrs. LOWE, BINGHAM & MATTHEWS of Hongkong Chartered Accountants, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of conducting the proceedings in the winding up of the above Company and assisting the Court therein with power to carry on the business of the Company so far as may be necessary for the beneficial winding up of the same and to take possession of and protect the assets of the Company and with all such other powers and directions as to the Court may seem fit on his finding security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Honourable Court.

(3.) That the costs of the Petitioners be

taxed and paid out of the assets of ¦ the above Company. Dated the 25th day of January, 1912.
