Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Final Revision Short title. Ordinance, 1912.

If the Legislative Council by Resolution approve the said supplementary schedule, the said supple- mentary schedule shall be published in the Gazette and a copy of the said Gazette shall be preserved by the Registrar of the Supreme Court under section 9 of Ordinance No. 19 of 1911 (as amended by Ordinance No. 61 of 1911) as though the supplementary schedule published therein were a part of the schedule to this Ordinance. Thereafter the said supplementary schedule shall be of the same force and effect as if its contents had been included in the schedule to this Ordinance.
