Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council under Section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, (Ordi- nance No. 40 of 1912), on the 29th day of November, 1912.
Licences.
1. A licence shall be required for every vehicle except private chairs, private rickshas, and bicycles and tricycles which are not propelled by mechanical power. The following licence fees shall be charged:--
