An Ordinance to amend the Merchant Shipping
Ordinance, 1899.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Ship- ping Amendment Ordinance, 1912.
2. Sub-section 1 of section 38 of the Merchant Shipping section 38 of Ordinance, 1899, as amended by section 15 of the Merchant Shipping Amendment Ordinance, 1903, and by section 10 of the Merchant Shipping Amendment Ordinance, 1905, is hereby amended by the deletion of the word “British " in the second line thereof.
