SUPPLEMENTARY FURTHER APPROPRIATION BILL. -The Colonial Secretary moved the First reading of a Bill entitled An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a further Suplementary Sum of Twenty-eight thousand six hundred Dollars and forty-five Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1911.

The Colonial Treasurer seconded.
