THE LATE KING OF DENMARK.- The Colonial Secretary read the reply received from the Secretary of State acknowledging the Council's vote of sympathy on the occasion of the death of the late King of Denmark.
PUBLIC HEALTH BY-LAWS.-The Colonial Secretary moved the approval of the By-laws made by the Sanitary Board on the 30th day of July, 1912, under Section 16 of the Public *Health and Buildings Ordinances, 1903-1909.
