SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION BILL.-The Colonial Secretary addressed the Council and moved the Third reading of the Bill entitled An Ordinance to authorize the Appropri ation of a Suplementary Sum of One hundred and sixty-three thousand eight hundred and ninety-six Dollars and ninety-three Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1911.

The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a third time and passed.

ADJOURNMENT.-The Council then adjourned until Thursday, the 6th June, 1912.
