LAW REVISION (No. 3) BILL.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill entitled An Ordinance to amend the Law Revision Ordinance, 1911.

The Attorney General moved "the suspension of so much of the Standing Orders as might enable the Bill to pass through all its subsequent stages
