No. 148. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Dr. FRANCIS WILLIAM CLARK, Medical Officer of Health, to act as Colonial Vete- rinary Surgeon in addition to his other duties, during the absence on leave of Mr. ADAM GIBSON, M.R.C.V.S., or until further notice, with effect from the 27th instant.

No. 149. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of Section 19 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordi- nances, 1903-1909, ALEXANDER KEITH TAYLOR to be a Sanitary Inspector, with effect from the 27th March, 1911.

No. 150-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to re-appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, the Honourable Mr. EDBERT ANSGAK HIWETT, C.M.G., to be an Un-official Member of the Legislative Council for a further period of six years, with effect from this date.
