Regulations for the Licensing, Management, and Control of Junks

and other Chinese Vessels.

GENERAL.

1. All vessels referred to in these Regulations must be duly licensed as Obligation to therein directed. No person shall engage or let out for hire any vessel unless obtain licence. it has been licensed according to these Regulations.

The word "vessels" in this Table shall have the same meaning as in

s. 39 (1) of the Ordinance.

2. Every person in charge of a licensed vessel must stop and show his Showing of licence when required to do so by any Police Officer or by any officer of the licence to Harbour Department, or by any Revenue Officer, or by the employer of such officers. vessel, each of whom is hereby empowered to board and examine such vessel.

9. 10.
