EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 3. His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has, under Section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1903), this day selected and appointed New Kowloon Survey District 1 Lot Nos. 582 and 583 as a sufficient and proper place to be the site of and to be used as a Cemetery or burial ground for Chinese from the 15th day of January, 1912, and it shall from that date and until further notice, be deemed to be an Authorised Cemetery.
