AND NOTICE is further given that pursuant to Chapter XVIE of the Code of Civil Procedure, Section 453, a Writ of Foreign Attachment was, on the 9th day of December, 1937, issued by the Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court commanding the Bailiff of the Supreme Court to forthwith attach all the property, movable and imunov- able, of the abovenamed Defendants, Len Woo Wah Kee and Jacop Lam, which shall be found within the Colony and to return the said Writ into the said Court on the 24th day of Decem- ber, 1937.

the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 18th day of November 1937 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named Company from $100,000 divided into 10,000 shares of $10 each to 850 000 divided into 10,000 shares of $5 each and the minute ap- proved by the Court showing with respect to the share capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above mentioned Ordinance. were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 17th day of December, 1937.
The said miunte is in the words and figures following:
The capital of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Cinema Company, Limit- ed, is 850,000 divided into 10,000 shares of 85 each reduced from the former capital of $100,000 divided into 10,000 shares of $10 each which at the date of registration of this minute 14,450 shares of $5 each had been issued and the full amount of $5 had been paid up. A special resolution of the Company has been passed and confirmed to the effect that on such reduction taking effect shares in the capital of the Company be consolidated in such a manner that every two of the shares of $5 shall constitute one ordinary $10 share and that the sum of $10 shall be credited as having been paid up on 2,225 existing and issued ordin- ary shares and further that the capital be increased to $100,000 by creation of 3,662 new ordinary shares of $10 each and 1,138 pre- ference shares of $10 each.'
