And take notice that, if you wish to dispute the plaintiff's claim against the defendant, or the defendant's claim against you, you must cause an appear- ance to be entered for you within eight days after the service of this notice upon you.
In default of your entering such appear- ance, you will be deemed to admit the plaintiff's claim against the defendant and the defendant's claim against you and your liability to [indemnify the defendant or to contribute to the extent claimed or stating the relief or remedy sought] and the validity of any judgment that may be given in the action and you will be bound by such judgment and such judgment may be enforced against you pursuant to Chapter II of the Code of Civil Procedure.
