(4) Section 10 is amended:—

(i) by the repeal in the second line of sub-section (8) thereof of the word "out" and the substitution therefor of the word "outwards";

(ii) by the repeal in the twelfth line of sub-section (12) thereof of the word Schedule and the substitution there- for of the word Regulations";

(iii) by the repeal in the fifth and ninth lines of sub-section (16) thereof of the words the marine magistrate and the substitution therefor of the words any marine magistrate and such marine magistrate" respectively;

(v) by the repeal in the fourth line of sub-section (17) thereof of the word Schedule and the substitution there- for of the word Regulations

(5) Section 11 is amended by the repeal in the second line of sub-section (3) thereof of the word Schedule and the sub- stitution therefor of the word Regula- tions

Section 14 (7) is amended by the repeal of the words the Government Marine Surveyor in the first and second lines thereof and the substitution therefor of the words any Government Marine Sur- veyor ".

(7) Section 15 is amended:-

(i) by the repeal of the word court in the last line of sub-section (6) thereof and the substitution therefor of the word

(i) by the repeal of sub-section (7) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following sub-section :-
