Supreme (1) The Schedule is amended:— Court (Admiralty! Procedure) Ordin- ance, 1896.

(i) by the repeal in Rule 4 of the words and figures Forms of the title of an action will be found in the Appendix, Forms Nos. 1, 2 and 3" and correspond- ing words of similar import referring to any Forms in Rules 5, 17, 21, 28, 38, 37, 39, 44, 45, 50, 57, 66, 71, 78, 91, 112, 117, 118, 128, 135, 136, 137, 138, 143 (1), 144 (2), 145, 146 (1), 153 and 156;
(ii) by the repeal of the word "slaves" in the second line of Rule 3;
(iii) by the repeal of the word "thereof" in paragraphs (3) and (4) of Rule 10 and the substitution therefor of the words of the writ";
(iv) by the repeal of the words Sun- day, Good Friday or Christmas Day in Rule 35 and the substitution therefor of the words a public or general holiday

(2) Form No. 4 in the Appendix is further
amended by the repeal of the words the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and of the British dominions in the first and second lines thereof and the substitution therefor of the words of Great Britain, Ireland and the British dominions

(3) Indorsement No. (14) in Form No. 7 in the Appendix is amended by the repeal of the words and twelve slaves in the second line thereof and of the words of existing treaties between Great Britain and Zan- zibar or
in the sixth line thereof.

(4) Pleading No. (11) entitled In an action for condemnation of a ship or cargo, etc." in Form No. 21 in the Appendix is amend- ed by the repeal of the words " and of the said seven slaves" in the eighth and ninth lines thereof.
